How it actually goes
About two hours, with the people who hold the whole. No agenda, no deck, no slides — just two questions, asked open:
“What do you wish you could see?” and “Where are the teams working — and where are they not?”
By the time we talk again, the agents have read the team’s actual email and arrived already understanding how the team runs — who waits on whom, where things stall, what the real shape of the work is.
So you don’t brief us. You just talk again — and we’re already caught up.
Documentation is the exhaust, not the entry fee
The write-up is what falls out of the work — never what you have to bring to it.
The understanding emerges from the conversations we capture and from the agents reading the real traffic of how the team works. The document is a by-product — it forms on its own as we go. The client never does homework. Not before the first meeting, not before any meeting after it.
